The E-Gift Card will be sent by email to the email address provided by the purchaser.<p>b) <b>Physical Gift Card<\/b> \u2013 where available, can be purchased in the online shop at <a href=\"https:\/\/lumond.com\">www.lumond.com<\/a>. The physical Gift Card will be delivered by post.<\/p><\/div><p>(2) The Gift Card can be purchased in various denominations. The available denominations can be found in the online shop at <a href=\"https:\/\/lumond.com\">www.lumond.com<\/a>.<\/p><p>(3) The Gift Card can be paid for using any payment method accepted in the online shop. However, a Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: bold; padding-bottom: 10px;\">\u00a73 Validity<\/p><p>(1) The Gift Card is valid indefinitely from the date of purchase, unless a different expiry date is indicated on the Gift Card.<\/p><p>(2) The Gift Card can only be redeemed in the online shop at <a href=\"https:\/\/lumond.com\">www.lumond.com<\/a>.<\/p><p>(3) The Gift Card can be used for all products available in the online shop.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: bold; padding-bottom: 10px;\">\u00a74 Redemption and Remaining Balance<\/p><p>(1) The Gift Card may be used by the holder as many times as desired until the balance has been fully used up.<\/p><p>(2) The remaining balance of the Gift Card equals the difference between the original balance and the amount already used for purchases.<\/p><p>(3) If the purchase amount exceeds the remaining balance, the difference may be paid using any payment method accepted in the online shop.<\/p><p>(4) Any remaining balance cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to a bank account.<\/p><p>(5) The current remaining balance can be viewed at any time during the checkout process at <a href=\"https:\/\/lumond.com\">www.lumond.com<\/a>.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: bold; padding-bottom: 10px;\">\u00a75 Return of the Gift Card<\/p><p>(1) For digitally purchased Gift Cards (E-Gift Cards), a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of purchase applies, provided the Gift Card has not yet been redeemed.<\/p><p>(2) Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. The order confirmation must be presented for the return.<\/p><p>(3) Partially redeemed Gift Cards cannot be returned.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: bold; padding-bottom: 10px;\">\u00a76 Return of Goods Purchased with a Gift Card<\/p><p>(1) If goods that were paid for in whole or in part with a Gift Card are returned, the Gift Card portion will be refunded as a new Gift Card. The Gift Card will be sent by email to the email address used for the order.<\/p><p>(2) For the non-Gift Card portion, the standard return conditions as set out in our <a href=\"https:\/\/lumond.com\/en\/agb\">General Terms and Conditions<\/a> apply.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: bold; padding-bottom: 10px;\">\u00a77 Responsibility and Liability<\/p><p>(1) The Gift Card is a bearer instrument. The respective holder is solely responsible for the use and safekeeping of the Gift Card (including the Gift Card code).<\/p><p>(2) Lumond shall not provide replacement in the event of loss, theft or unauthorised use of the Gift Card. It is recommended to keep the Gift Card code confidential and store it securely.<\/p><p>(3) Lumond assumes no liability for non-receipt or delayed receipt of an E-Gift Card if the cause lies outside the responsibility of Lumond, in particular in the case of:<\/p><div style=\"margin-left: 20px; margin-top: 5px; margin-bottom: 10px;\">a) Incorrect recipient details provided by the purchaser<br \/>b) Technical failures of telecommunications systems<br \/>c) Classification of the email as spam by the recipient&#8217;s email programme<br \/>d) Non-delivery to the specified email address for technical reasons<\/div><p style=\"font-weight: bold; padding-bottom: 10px;\">\u00a78 Misuse and Invalidity<\/p><p>(1) Gift Cards that have been obtained unlawfully or tampered with are invalid and can neither be redeemed nor refunded.<\/p><p>(2) Lumond reserves the right to block Gift Cards where there is a suspicion of fraud or misuse.<\/p><p>(3) Without prior written consent from Lumond, Gift Cards may not be used for commercial advertising or marketing purposes of third parties, nor may they be resold.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: bold; padding-bottom: 10px;\">\u00a79 Data Protection<\/p><p>In connection with the purchase and use of Gift Cards, personal data (e.g. email address of the purchaser and the recipient) is processed.
