Terms of participation
1. Organiser
The giveaway is organised by Laylaundyom UG, Kolonnenstr. 8, 10827 Berlin, Germany (Lumond), info@lumond.com. Further details are in the legal notice.
2. Participation
Natural persons aged 18 or over who live in one of the following countries may enter: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland. You take part by signing up to the Lumond newsletter through the giveaway page lumond.com/en/giveaway during the promotion period, up to and including 11/30/2026. Entering is free and does not depend on a purchase. Each person may enter only once. Employees of the organiser and their relatives are excluded, as is entering through sweepstakes services, automated entries or disposable email addresses.
3. Prize
The prize is one Lumond gift card worth €250, redeemable on lumond.com. It is delivered by email. The prize cannot be paid out in cash, exchanged or transferred to another person.
4. Draw and notification
The winner is drawn at random within 14 days after the end of the promotion period from all participants whose newsletter subscription is active at the time of the draw, and is notified by email. The organiser may ask for proof of age and residence. If the winner does not reply within 7 days, the prize is forfeited and a new winner is drawn.
5. Discount for new subscribers
The 10 % discount applies to new subscribers on their first order, independently of the giveaway. The code is sent by email. It cannot be combined with other offers and does not apply to gift cards or subscriptions.
6. Data protection
We process your email address to send the newsletter and to run the giveaway. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time through the unsubscribe link in every email. Unsubscribing before the draw ends your participation in the giveaway. Details are in our privacy policy.
7. Miscellaneous
The organiser may change or end the giveaway early for good cause, for example in the event of technical problems or manipulation, and may exclude participants who breach these terms. Recourse to the courts is excluded. German law applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
